EXECUTIVESANONYMOUS.COM is a unique free online head hunting organization. Registration for the corporation is also free. Once a match is made a prearranged industry standard fee will be paid by the corporation. What makes us unique is total anonymity. We are obsessive compulsive about anonymity to the point where EXECUTIVESANONYMOUS.COM does not even known the name, address, phone number, or email address of the executives that we represent. We figure if we do not know your name it is impossible for us to divulge your name and impossible for some hacker to hack into our data bank and get your name.
Executives anonymous is ideal for the executive who has been downsized out of a position, or the executive who is currently in a position that they detest and would like to get into a new position, but would not like the world to know that their name is in play.
How does our program work?
The executive fills out an on line registration form including as much or as little information as they like. There is no space on the form for the executives name, address, phone number or email address. The executive gets a secret pass code to one of our secret in house mail boxes. All communication is done through that secret in house mail box. We never submit any information to a prospective employer. If we have a potential employer/anonymous executive match we forward that information to the secret mail box of our anonymous executive along with the contact person in the potential employers organization. If the executive wants to pursue the lead they notify us. If the executive does not want to pursue the lead they notify us.
If the executive wants to pursue the lead, after notifying us, they anonymously contact the employers contact person remaining as anonymous as they want for as long as they want. If a match is made we are notified and collect an industry standard prearranged fee from the employer. If no match is made we are also notified. From the standpoint of early negotiations, between anonymous executive and potential employer let the executive utilize a mode of communication that maintains their anonymity. You do not want your name popping up on a caller ID.
Bottom line for certain executives, our niche anonymity service offers real advantages. For many executives the obsessive compulsive anonymity on our part is an unneeded pain in the neck. We hope we can be of service to the former and a source of referral by the latter.
